RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
You can return any Zico Lighting products that have not been used, with packaging intact and in re-sellable condition to us within 28 days for a full refund by following the below steps:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) Form, complete in full and return to us. Once your RMA form has been accepted by us, you will have additional 21 days to return the goods to us.
Make sure to only return unused products in the original condition and boxes. Take extra care to return in adequate packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. We are unable to offer refunds on receipt of damaged goods.
You may wish to opt for a tracked delivery option, when returning your goods as we are unable to issue a refund until the stock is returned to us. You will be liable for postage charges, when returning the goods to us.
We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the goods are received by us. It may take up to 5 days to show in your bank.
Your return may be subject to handling and restocking fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and, where relevant, provide detailed description and photographs of any damage. Any issues not reported to us within this period may not be authorised for replacement/ refund.
If we ask you to return the products, we must receive your return within 28 days from the original shipment date to qualify for replacement, credit or refund.
