You can return any Zico Lighting products that have not been used, with packaging intact and in re-sellable condition to us within 28 days for a full refund by following the below steps:

  1. Please complete the below Returns Request Form within 14 days of receipt of your order

  2. We will email you within 5 working days to confirm your Returns Request has been processed and advise on further steps.  You will then have additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

  3. Make sure to only return unused products in the original condition and boxes. If using different outer box, please mark it clearly with 'Zico Lighting'. 

  4. Take extra care to return in adequate packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.  We are unable to offer refunds on receipt of damaged goods.

  5. You may wish to opt for a tracked delivery option, when returning your goods as we are unable to issue a refund until the stock is returned to us. You will be liable for postage charges, when returning the goods to us.

  6. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the goods are received by us. It may take up to 5 days to show in your bank. 

Your return may be subject to handling and restocking fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

If you are looking to exchange the returned items for alternative products, we recommend placing a new order instead to guarantee the stock and speedy delivery. We will then process the refund for the original order in line with our Terms and Conditions. We are unfortunately unable to hold the stock for replacements while your return is being processed.
