COVID-19 UPDATE

Our deliveries are taking a little longer than usual due to extra measures put in place to help keep colleagues and customers well. Thank you for your understanding.

UK Deliveries

All Zico Lighting products are carefully manufactured to offer exceptional quality and reliability, so valued by our customers. That’s why we take extra care when delivering them to you. Our deliveries are sent by a tracked service to ensure you receive your order without delays or complications. It also allows us to more easily resolve any issues that may arise if you do not receive your items as specified.

We aim to process all orders received before 1pm the same day.  Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day.

Free standard delivery to a UK address on orders over £100.

If your order value is under £100 your shipping options will be shown at the checkout.  For orders under £100 we offer:

Express delivery £5.95 + VAT
Standard delivery £4.95 + VAT

These services may require a signature on delivery.

Our policy is to deliver to the shipping address unless it has been agreed otherwise. It is your responsibility to check these details carefully, failure to do so may result in not being eligible to a refund or replacement from us.

International Deliveries

We offer delivery within Europe, US as well as to destinations worldwide. Please contact us on admin@zico.lighting for further details on shipping options and to place your order, or find your local Zico Lighting distributor at www.zico.lighting/contact.

Lost in the Post

Occasionally an item may be lost in the post. Lost in post is deemed to have occurred 15 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. You will be asked to complete a Postal Claim Form; a false declaration may result in criminal or civil proceedings been taken against you. Your claim cannot be processed until we receive the signed form. If you do not receive your order after 15 days of the dispatch date, you must contact us to notify us of non-receipt within 5 working days.
In the event of a lost or damaged order we will either refund the price of the item or send a replacement item at no additional charge. This decision shall be at our discretion.
