RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We are sorry you have experienced issues with your recent Zico Lighting delivery. Please fill out the below form within 7 days of receipt, so we can resolve this promptly. We will aim to resolve the issue at the earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days from the original notification, excluding postage times.

Please note, if we ask you to return the products, we must receive your return within 28 days from the original shipment date to qualify for replacement, credit or refund.

Issue with Delivery​

You can find it on the bottom of the packaging beginning with ZI. If your issue concerns more than one model number, please provide additional information in Other Comments.
For faulty / damaged items please attach images clearly showing the issue as well as packaging and the batch number on the base of the lamp.
Your replacements will be sent to the delivery address of the original order.
