All Zico Lighting decorative filament lamps come with 3 years warranty and replacement or repair promise, so you can buy with a peace of mind. Warranty for other products, including spotlights, G4 Capsules and dimming equipment, may differ and is listed within individual product descriptions.
Green Route Limited warrants its products to be free from defects of material and workmanship for a period of three years (or as specified within the individual product description) from date of shipment to the original purchaser.
Green Route Limited will under warranty obligation, repair or replace defective part/product at their discretion. Definition of Defect: LED defects including burn out, loose, broken, un-workable PC board etc., technical and material workmanship of the lamp can be considered defects under this warranty. Driver defects including functional problems of IP system, power factor etc. that affect the solid function of the product will be considered as defects under this warranty obligation.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, use outside of product design intent, or attempted repair/modification by anyone other than Green Route Limited or it’s manufacturers or suppliers.
Green Route Limited’s sole liability for defects or breach of warranty shall be replacement of the parts involved, and, in no event will Green Route Limited be liable for special or consequential damages or losses including property damage or other loss as related directly or indirectly to the use of Green Route Limited’s products.
In no event is Green Route Limited liable for consequential damages or personal injury caused by installation and transportation or negligence during installation and transportation or adjustment.
Green Route Limited claims no liability for the cost of installation or any other cost incurred during the use of products. No representative is authorised to assume additional liability for or on behalf of Green Route Limited.
All returns must be authorised by Green Route Limited and will be shipped at buyer’s expense. If Green Route Limited finds the product working properly, the buyer may be billed for testing, repackaging, and shipping. If the warranty has expired, Green Route Limited will provide a quote to repair prior to making any such repairs.
If a product was under Warranty and Green Route Limited replaces or repairs the defective product, Green Route Limited will pay for the return shipping to the customer. In no case will Green Route Limited be liable for any cost incurred in removing or installing the product, even if the product had failed under a covered warranty.
Manufacturers and suppliers reserve the right to make product specification changes to any product at any time, as deemed necessary and without prior notice.
