At Zico Lighting, quality is engineered into every product we supply. Our LED lamps, lighting controls and landscape solutions are manufactured to exacting standards, rigorously tested, and supported by a clear and dependable warranty policy — giving you complete confidence in every installation.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Zico Lighting products carry a warranty of up to 3 years, depending on the individual product. The exact warranty period for each item is clearly stated within the relevant product specification or datasheet.​

Outlet and clearance items are supplied with a reduced warranty period of 6 months, as specified at the time of purchase.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A FAULT

Should a product develop a verified fault within the applicable warranty period, Green Route Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product to ensure continued performance and reliability. Green Route Ltd reserves the right to make product specification changes to any product at any time, as deemed necessary and without prior notice. Where a faulty product is no longer available, Green Route Ltd will offer a nearest equivalent available at a time for replacement.

To ensure swift resolution, any faults must be reported to Zico Lighting within 7 days of discovery.
