GLOBAL FUEL PRICING UPDATE

We understand that when you purchase Zico Lighting lamps, you expect safe, secure and timely delivery — and we take that responsibility seriously. That is why we work exclusively with reputable courier partners known for their reliability and high service standards.


At Zico Lighting, we do not make any profit on delivery charges; the price you pay reflects the exact amount charged by our couriers. Due to ongoing increases in global fuel costs, most courier companies continue to raise their rates. We are working hard to minimise these impacts wherever possible, but regular reviews of our delivery charges are necessary to ensure the sustainability of our service. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.


DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ON-SITE CONTACT

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the full and correct address, including postcode, is supplied. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.


Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send tracking details to the email address provided. Couriers may also use this information to contact you directly for assistance in locating the delivery address.


Please make sure someone is available on site to receive the order. Missed or refused deliveries may cause delays and could incur re-delivery charges.


Please note: we do not deliver to PO boxes.

UK SHIPPING REGION

All Zico Lighting products are manufactured with exceptional care and precision, and we apply the same attention to detail when delivering them. All UK mainland shipments are sent via a tracked service to ensure safe and timely arrival.


You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Couriers may also send email or SMS updates, including delivery slot notifications and options for safe-place instructions. We will use the contact details you provide; Zico Lighting cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from missing or incorrect contact information.


We are pleased to offer free standard delivery within 7 working days to UK mainland addresses on orders over £250 + VAT placed via our e-shop or Trade Portal. For orders below this threshold or those placed through our Sales Support team, shipping options will be displayed at checkout or within your quotation.

We offer the following shipping options in the UK (prices ex VAT):

ROYAL MAIL: £6

Standard delivery within 5-7 days, available for small orders under £125. 

NEXT DAY: £12.50 / £13.75 (Central London)

Tracked and insured next working day delivery via DPD. Orders confirmed after 11am (Sales Support Office) or 12pm (online store/Business Portal) dispatch the next working day.

DPD DELIVERY 2-3 DAYS: £28.00

Tracked and insured delivery to remote areas and non-mainland UK. Same cut-off times as above.

PRE-12PM:  £22.50 / £23.50 (Central London)

Next working day delivery before 12pm via DPD. Not available for remote or non-mainland addresses.

Orders confirmed after 11am (Sales Support Office) or 12pm (online store/Business Portal) dispatch the next working day.

PRE-10.30AM:  £32.50 / £33.50 (Central London)


Next working day delivery before 10:30am via DPD. Not available for remote or non-mainland addresses.

Orders confirmed after 11am (Sales Support Office) or 12pm (online store/Business Portal) dispatch the next working day.

SATURDAY:  £45.00 / £47.00 (Central London)


Tracked and insured Saturday delivery via DPD. Orders must meet the standard cut-off times; we cannot hold orders to create Saturday shipments. Not available for remote or non-mainland addresses.

Please note: all delivery times are estimates based on courier services. We recommend allowing extra time where possible. Our standard policy is to deliver to the shipping address unless otherwise agreed. Failure to check these details may affect eligibility for refunds or replacements.


EU SHIPPING REGION

EU delivery is available exclusively to Trade customers and covers all EU member states. Order for delivery to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

MIDDLE EAST AND ASIA SHIPPING REGION

Also exclusively for Trade customers, this region includes Australia, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Indonesia, Kuwait, Philippines, Qatar,  Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. The default option is ex-works collection, but other delivery methods can be quoted on request. For details, contact sales@zico.lighting.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We offer B2B delivery throughout Europe and worldwide. For shipping options or to place an order, please contact sales@zico.lighting or locate your local distributor at www.zico.lighting/contact.


All deliveries outside the UK and EU are shipped DAP, meaning customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control; please check with your local customs office prior to ordering.


Goods can also be dispatched EX WORKS or using your own courier account upon request.


SPLIT SHIPPING, BACKORDERS AND DELAYED DISPATCH

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days, depending on your chosen shipping method. If you require delayed dispatch, please inform us when placing your order. Delays beyond 7 days must be agreed in writing and may incur storage charges.


Where possible, we ship complete orders together. If an item is out of stock, we will hold dispatch until the order is complete at no additional cost. We will provide an estimated restock date and email you once the shipment is on its way.


For batch or multi-address deliveries, separate orders must be placed, each with applicable delivery charges.


Please note that as we rely on third-party couriers, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time for unexpected eventualities.


DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please complete the online Issues with Delivery form or email admin@zico.lighting, including your S order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.  

Where appropriate, claims are processed within 7 days. We will either refund or replace affected items at our discretion. We may need to collect the damaged goods from you. Do not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until we advise. 


LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us in writing as soon as possible within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing admin@zico.lighting.

Claims for lost items are typically resolved within 28 days. We will either refund or replace the missing items, at our discretion.
